At PurvX, we value the trust you place in us when making a purchase. Our Purchase Protection Policy safeguards buyers from item misrepresentations and other order issues, offering a clear process if things don’t go as expected.
How Purchase Protection Works
When you make a purchase on PurvX, your payment is protected until you confirm that the item matches the description provided in the listing. Sellers receive their payout 14 days from the date of shipment (not delivery), ensuring any disputes raised within the first 3 days after delivery are addressed promptly.
Refund Policy
- Payment Protection: Payment is held until the buyer confirms that the item was received as described.
- Dispute Timeline: Buyers must report any issues within 3 days of delivery by contacting PurvX Support at hello@purvx.com with supporting photos and a description of the issue.
- Return Shipment: If the issue is verified, the buyer will need to return the item following our Returns and Cancellations Policy, which provides complete details on the return process and requirements, including proof of shipment and tracking updates.
What is Covered by PurvX Purchase Protection
You are covered if the following issues occur:
- Undisclosed Damage: The item has damage not mentioned in the listing.
- Incorrect or Missing Item: The item received does not match the description, or key components are missing.
- Item Not as Described: The item does not align with the seller’s description.
- Counterfeit or Inauthentic Item: The item is not genuine or is counterfeit.
What is Not Covered
PurvX Purchase Protection does not cover:
- Item Does Not Fit / Changed Mind: Returns for fit or change of mind are not covered.
- Style Preferences: Items that do not match personal style preferences are final sale.
What Happens After You Report a Problem
- Report the Problem: If the item is “Not as Described,” contact PurvX Support within 3 days of delivery, providing clear photos.
- Return Shipment: Once PurvX verifies the claim, return the item as outlined in the Returns and Cancellations Policy.
- Refund Processed: After the item is returned and verified by the seller, PurvX will process the refund to the original payment method.
Trades and Offline Transactions
PurvX Purchase Protection applies only to transactions completed entirely through the PurvX platform. Trades or transactions conducted outside PurvX, such as private exchanges or direct payments, are not protected.
