PurvX Business Accounts FAQ

What is considered a business account on PurvX? A business account on PurvX is for anyone selling desi items in bulk, wholesale, or commercially. This includes sellers who may not be registered as a business but engage in business activities. For example, if you sell multiples of the same item in different sizes and/or colors or offer customization options, you are considered a business seller on PurvX.

Can I advertise my services or direct users to other platforms? No, PurvX does not allow businesses to advertise their services or direct users to other platforms or third-party sites for any off-platform activity. This policy helps keep the platform safe and trustworthy for all users.

Why are off-platform transactions not allowed? Off-platform transactions are not allowed because they can compromise the safety and trustworthiness of the platform. We cannot assist with disputes such as payment failures, items not received, or other issues if the transaction occurs outside of PurvX. Keeping transactions on the platform ensures that we can support both sellers and buyers effectively.

What happens if I violate the advertising policy? Any violation or attempt to advertise other services or platforms, including your own website, social media channels, or other platforms, will result in a ban from PurvX. It is crucial to adhere to this policy to maintain a safe and reliable marketplace for everyone.

Can I list the same item in different sizes or colors? Yes, listing the same item in different sizes or colors is allowed and is considered a business activity. Business accounts are designed to support such listings effectively.

Can I include promotional text or offers in my listings and images? No, you should not include any text, logos, or promotional offers in your listings or images. All photos must be of the items only. This helps maintain a clean and professional marketplace.
